摘  要:碟形弹簧是背场线圈预紧结构的弹性元件,为线圈提供预紧力。本文采用碟形弹簧理论计算公式,设计了背场线圈预紧用碟形弹簧。以试制的φ40 mm碟形弹簧为对象,开展常温下载荷与变形的加载试验,获得了其在常温下的特性曲线。试验结果表明,φ40 mm碟形弹簧经多次加载后,加载区的极限载荷逐渐增大,卸载区的极限载荷逐渐减小。Belleville washer stacks of the preload structure for the DC magnet provide the preloading force for the coil. In this paper, the belleville washer stacks were designed by the theoretical formula. The first batch of φ40 mm belleville washers were trial-produced and as the testing object. The load and deformation tests at room temperature were carried out, and the characteristic curves for belleville washers were obtained. After multiple loading of the φ40 mm belleville washers, the test results show that the ultimate load of belleville washers increases gradually when loading, and the ultimate load decreases gradually when unloading.
