在中国式现代化新起点上构建中国发展经济学

摘　　要：党的二十大把以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴作为党的中心任务,把高质量发展作为全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务。围绕这个中心任务和首要任务,我们党形成了一系列理论创新和战略部署,这意味着中国式现代化站到了新的历史起点上。中国式现代化新起点需要中国发展经济学提供理论基础;而中国发展经济学的构建,需要以“中国式现代化”为新的历史起点,以“高质量发展”为主线,以“新发展格局”为核心内容,以“新发展阶段、新发展理念、新发展格局、新制度保障”为框架,以“中国道路”的阐释为主题。At the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),comprehensively promoting the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation through a Chinese path to modernization was regarded as the central task of the CPC,and high-quality development was regarded as the primary task of comprehensively building a modern socialist country.A series of theoretical innovations and strategic deployment have been formed around this central task and primary task,which means that Chinese path to modernization has reached a new historical starting point.The new starting point of Chinese path to modernization needs the theoretical basis of Chinese development economics.The construction of Chinese development economics needs to take“Chinese path to modernization”as a new historical starting point,“high-quality development”as the main line,“new development pattern”as the core content,“new development stages,new development concepts,new development patterns,new institutional guarantees”as the framework,and the interpretation of“Chinese path”as the theme.
