摘 要:水合物颗粒间粘附力是影响水合物聚集体尺寸及其宏观流动特征的主要因素,明确粘附力变化规律及机理对防止水合物堵管事故具有重要意义。微机械力(Micromechanical Force,MMF)实验装置可从微观角度直接测定粘附力,是目前应用最广泛的水合物粘附行为研究仪器。综述了目前基于MMF的水合物颗粒间粘附力实验研究进展,讨论了温度、颗粒间接触时间、添加剂及原油中天然组分等因素对粘附力的影响,深入分析了研究中存在的缺乏准液层特性研究、毛细液桥固化过程描述不完善、阻聚剂与原油中天然组分间协同作用鲜有涉及等问题,并从MMF与原子力显微镜及原位拉曼光谱相结合、MMF与宏观流动实验相结合等方面对未来水合物颗粒间粘附力研究提出建议,以期为水合物粘附理论继续深化提供思路。The hydrate cohesive force is the main factor influencing the size and macroscopic flow characteristics of hydrate aggregates.It is important to have a better understanding on the law and mechanism of change in cohesive force for preventing hydrate plugging.Presently,Micromechanical Force Apparatus(MMF)that can directly determine the cohesive forces from a microscopic view is most widely used to study the adhesion behavior between hydrate particles.Therefore,the current experimental research progress of the hydrate cohesive force based on MMF was summarized.The influence of temperature,contact time of particles,additives and natural components of crude oil on the cohesive force was discussed.Several main problems exposed in the current study,such as the lack of investigation on hydrate quasiliquid layer,the inadequate description on the sintering process of capillary bridge,and the seldom researched synergistic effect between antiagglomerant and natural components of crude oil,were deeply analyzed.In addition,several suggestions were proposed for the future study on hydrate cohesive force in terms of the combination of MMF with the atomic force microscopy and the in-situ Raman spectrum,as well as the combination of MMF with the macroscopic flow experiment,so as to provide some ideas to deepen the hydrate cohesion theory.
