摘 要:教师与学生是高校思想政治教育生态系统中的两大重要主体,师生关系是教育活动中的核心要素。文章基于生态学视角,指出当前高校思政工作存在个体生态及个体生态间的关系失衡、群体生态失衡、系统内外部环境失衡等问题,并从立德树人的根本任务出发,强调通过关注个体需要、强化交互关系、优化内外部生态系统环境,使高校思想政治教育生态系统恢复平衡。系统讨论教师思政与学生思政的互促融合,有助于推动教师与学生同向同行、协同发展。At the ecological system of ideological and political education in colleges and universities, teachers and students are the two main system subjects, and their relationship is the most essential element of educational activities. This paper points out several issues with current ideological and political work in colleges and universities from an ecological standpoint, including an imbalance of individual ecology and the relationship between individual ecology, an imbalance of group ecology, and an imbalance of internal and external environment of the system. Starting with the fundamental purpose of cultivating individuals by virtue, this paper proposes a way to recover the balance of ideology and political education ecosystem in colleges, through boosting individual needs, strengthening teacher-student communication, and optimizing the internal and external ecological system environment. To systematically discuss the mutual promotion of teachers’ ideology and political work and students’ ideology and political work, could promote teachers’ and students’ coordinated efforts and development.
