中国体育城市创建的时代诉求与行动方略——以成都世界赛事名城建设为例

摘　　要：体育城市建设是中国城市基于城市特质与政策机遇提出并践行的城市发展战略,有特殊的时代背景和发展诉求。基于文献资料调研、逻辑推演和个案梳理等对成都世界赛事名城建设进行分析。研究认为:在创建满足人民需求的城市人居环境、谋求中国城市功能格局的再度突破、助力经济转型升级的体育产业布局、展示区域崛起的城市品牌符号象征等诉求达成之际,世界赛事名城这一类型化定位在实践过程中亦存在同质竞争、损益失衡、主体单一和认同迷失等隐忧。在此基础上,从特色导向下的精准定位,体育赛事边际效益和收益规模,多元主体参与和景观体育构建以及本土城市体育文化认同四重维度入手,提出成都世界赛事名城建设的针对性举措,由此推演中国体育城市创建的行动逻辑。The construction of sports city is a urban development strategy in China, which is put forward and practiced on the basis of urban characteristics and policy opportunities.When the demands of creating an urban living environment to meet the needs of the people, seeking a breakthrough in the urban functional pattern of Chengdu, promoting the layout of the sports industry to promote the economic transformation and upgrading, and displaying the brand symbols of the rising cities in the west. In the process of urban practice, the typed positioning of the world famous city for sports events has exposed the existing problems such as homogeneous competition, imbalance of profit and loss, single main bodyand identity loss.Accurately position the future characteristic trend of Chengdu urban sports development, seek the increase of competition income scale on the basis of stable marginal benefit, stimulate the enthusiasm of market and society to participate in sports from pluralistic co-governance, in the generation of cultural objects, we focus on the generation of construction local sports event system and other four dimensions, and put forward measures to alleviate the difficulties of Chengdu’s construction of the world famous sports city, in order to provide intellectual support for the sustainable and comprehensive deepening of Chengdu’s urban sports development.
