摘　　要：采用高温固相法制备了(Ba/Sr/Ca)_(2.9)Ce(PO_(4))_(3):0.1Eu^(2+)系列荧光粉,研究了材料的发光特性。在400nm光激发下,增大x值,Ba_(2.9-x)SrxCe(PO_(4))_(3):0.1Eu^(2+)的主发射峰由515nm红移至540nm,色坐标从(0.312,0.607)变到(0.376,0.580);随着y值的增大,Ba_(2.9-y)CayCe(PO_(4))_(3):0.1Eu^(2+)的主发射峰由515nm红移到553nm,色坐标从(0.312,0.607)变到(0.427,0.535),随z值的增大,Sr_(2.9-z)CazCe(PO_(4))_(3):0.1Eu^(2+)的主发射峰值由540nm红移到553nm,色坐标从(0.376,0.580)变到(0.427,0.535)。此外,当测试温度升高时,材料仍保持较大的发射强度,表面其有较好的温度稳定性。研究结果对获取白色发光二极管用颜色可调型荧光粉具有一定的参考意义。A series of(Ba/Sr/Ca)_(2.9)Ce(PO_(4))_(3):0.1Eu^(2+)phosphors were synthesized by the high temperature solid state method,and the luminescence properties were investigated.Under the 400nm radiation excitation,the emission peaks of Ba_(2.9-x)SrxCe(PO_(4))_(3):0.1Eu^(2+),Ba_(2.9-y)CayCe(PO_(4))_(3):0.1Eu^(2+)and Sr_(2.9-z)CazCe(PO_(4))_(3):0.1Eu^(2+)can shift from 515nm to 540nm,from 515nm to 553nm,and from 540 nm to 553nm,the CIE chromaticity coordinates can change from(0.312,0.607)to(0.376,0.580),from(0.312,0.607)to(0.427,0.535),and from(0.376,0.580)to(0.427,0.535)with increasing x,yand z,respectively.Moreover,with increase the measuring temperature,the phosphor can remain the higher emission intensity,it means that this phosphor has the good thermal stability.The results have certain reference significance for obtaining the color adjustable phosphor for the white light emitting diodes.
