摘　　要：分析了微悬浮法聚氯乙烯糊树脂预混槽投料量的影响因素,并确定了主要因素,采取了相应措施,预混槽投料量增加到19釜次/天,提高了设备利用率和糊树脂产量。The factors influencing the material input into pre-mixing tank in micro-suspension meth-od PVC paste resin production were analyzed.The main factors were determined,and the corresponding measures were taken.Thus,the material input into pre-mixing tank was increased to 19 kettles per day,so the equipment utilization and PVC paste resin output were improved.Foundation item:The Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps young and middle-aged scien-tific and technological innovation leading talent plan(2018CB009),the research and development of in-telligent and accurate feeding technology for PVC paste resin.
