摘 要:介绍了氯乙烯悬浮聚合过程中聚合反应釜因超压、超温而引发安全事故的基本原因:氯乙烯聚合原、辅料的质量及用量异常,外界冷却水输送设备异常,引发剂检测、计量元件异常。为了避免突发事件可能会引发的严重安全事故,建议在氯乙烯聚合工程设计阶段将DCS系统与安全仪表(SIS)系统相结合,以确保DCS系统正常操作,同时在紧急情况下SIS系统能够及时启动,最大限度地减少事故造成的损害。The basic reasons for safety accidents caused by overpressure and overheating in polymeri-zation reactor during vinyl chloride suspension polymerization were introduced:abnormal quality and dosage of raw and auxiliary materials for vinyl chloride polymerization,abnormal external cooling water delivery equipment,and abnormal initiator detection and metering elements.In order to avoid serious safety accidents that may be caused by emergencies,it was recommended to combine the DCS system with the safety instrumented system(SIS)during the design phase of vinyl chloride polymerization engineering to ensure the normal operation of the DCS system,and at the same time,the SIS system could be started in a timely manner in emergency situations to minimize the damage caused by accidents.
