摘　　要：《中国建设》(英文版)诞生于新中国应对国际斗争的外交过程中,是践行中国特色“人民外交”的重要媒体手段。本文探讨了国际政治与外宣工作之间的互动关系,研究认为:《中国建设》(英文版)的创刊,不仅反映出党和政府根据国际形势和具体国情在对外战略上的调整变化,更是我国国际传播工作贯彻“人民主体”思想的具体体现。Born in the diplomatic process of the PRC to deal with international struggles,China Reconstructs(English version)is an important media means to practice "people's diplomacy"with Chinese characteristics.This article explores the interactive relations between international politics and foreign propaganda.The research believes that:the foundation of China Reconstructs(English version)not only reflects the adjustment and change of the party and the government in the foreign strategy according to the international situation and specific national conditions,but also It is a concrete manifestation of the implementation of the thought"the position of the people as masters of the country and lawbased governance"in China's international communication.
