摘　　要：We should set a new strategic goal,focusing on the shortcomings of the minerals and materials supply chains in terms of resources supply,scientific and technical level,green development,and recycling&re-utilization.We should cultivate some enterprises with international competitiveness by persisting in independent innovation,constantly optimizing the industrial structure,improving product quality and enterprise performances,and achieving green and low-carbon development.At the same time,we should realize the independence and availability of critical minerals and materials and completely realize the high-quality development of minerals and material industry in 15 years.
