摘　　要：本文报告4例儿童获得性梅毒,均为密切接触感染,其中两例有皮肤黏膜损害,表现为扁平湿疣、虫蛀样脱发及口腔黏膜损害;另外两例中1例有外阴瘙痒,1例无临床症状及体征,术前检查发现。经青霉素静脉滴注治疗后,有皮肤黏膜损害及外阴瘙痒的患儿临床症状好转,复查4例患儿梅毒甲苯胺红不加热血清试验(TRUST)均明显下降。Four children who acquired syphilis as a consequence of nonsexual close contact are reported.Two cases had skin and mucosal damage,manifested as flat condyloma,essential patchy syphilitic alopecia and oral mucosal damage.One of the other two cases had vulvar itching,and the other case had no clinical symptoms and signs,but was confirmed by preoperative examination.After standard treatment with penicillin,the clinical symptoms of the children with skin and mucosal damage and vulvar pruritus werc relieved,and the TRUST was significantly decreased in 4 children.
