内消瘰疬片联合利福平粉针剂治疗肺结核合并颈淋巴结核的临床观察

摘　　要：探究内消瘰疬片联合利福平粉针剂治疗肺结核合并颈淋巴结结核的临床疗效。选择本院2019年1月至2021年6月就诊的51例肺结核并且伴有颈淋巴结核的患者,进行本次实验的研究,研究对象分为两组,对照组(n=15)和实验组(n=36)。对照组患者采取抗结核的基础性临床治疗,给予患者利福平粉针剂措施,观察组除基础治疗和针剂治疗,患者还服用内消瘰疬片。对两组治疗方法的患者进行临床效果评价。实验组总有效率(35/97.2%)及空洞改善率(34/94.4%)明显高于对照组(12/80.0%)、(11/73.3%),P<0.05。实验组患者在接受治疗后IL-6(34.13±4.67)ng/L及TNF-α(6.69±1.12)ng/L明显低于对照组(46.22±4.18)ng/L及(11.67±2.87)ng/L(P<0.05)。治疗后实验组患者CD4^(+)细胞分数(38.72±2.26)%及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)比值(1.51±0.14)明显高于对照组(30.06±3.51)%及(1.09±0.15),而CD8^(+)细胞分数(24.62±4.15)%明显低于对照组(28.37±3.66)%(P<0.05)。实验组患者(11/30.6%)不良反应发生率少于对照组(8/53.3%)(P<0.05)。内消瘰疬片联合利福平粉针剂治疗肺结核合并颈淋巴结结核,能够降低患者的炎症反应,改善临床治疗效果。It was to explore the clinical efficacy of Neixiao Luoli tablets combined with rifampicin powder injection in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with cervical lymph node tuberculosis.A total of 51 patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with cervical lymph node tuberculosis who visited the hospital from January 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into control group(n=15)and experimental group(n=36).The patients in the control group were given basic clinical treatment of anti-tuberculosis,rifampicin powder injection measures.In addition to basic treatment and injection treatment,the patients in the observation group also took Neixiao Luoli tablets.The clinical effects of the two groups of patients were evaluated.The total effective rate(35/97.2%)and cavity improvement rate(34/94.4%)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(12/80.0%)and(11/73.3%)(P<0.05).After treatment,interleukin-6(IL-6)(34.13±4.67)ng/L and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)(6.69±1.12)ng/L in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(46.22±4.18)ng/L and(11.67±2.87)ng/L(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD4^(+)cell fraction(38.72±2.26)%and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)ratio(1.51±0.14)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(30.06±3.51)%and(1.09±0.15),while the CD8^(+)cell fraction(24.62±4.15)%in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.37±3.66)%(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group(11/30.6%)was less than that in the control group(8/53.3%)(P<0.05).Neixiao Luoli tablets combined with rifampicin powder injection in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis with cervical lymph node tuberculosis can reduce the inflammatory response of patients and improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
