摘  要:扬子石化1号连续重整再生装置采用UOP公司第一代技术,在装置生产运行中,多次发生再生内网超温损坏和程控阀故障问题,影响装置安稳运行。针对再生内网超温损坏问题,通过在内网易损部位增设柔性热偶,扩大了再生器内部床层温度监测范围,原先未被检测到的高温点被新热偶检测出,为操作提供了有效指导,避免了超温现象发生。再生装置32个程控阀构成了一套输送系统,任一程控阀故障均需停车处理,每次停车,再生床层温度在15min内从580℃快速降低至460℃左右,降温速率折合约480℃/h(远超技术规程中<50℃/h升降温指标),对再生器内网造成严重冲击。通过利用再生器顶部分离料斗内的存量催化剂作为缓冲量,停止两个闭锁料斗运行并降低循环速率,实现最小循环速率下装置不停车换阀,避免了快速升降温对设备的冲击。以上两项措施的应用实现了保护再生内网的目的,有效提升了装置运行平稳率。UOP’s first-generation regeneration technology was adopted in the No.1 CCR unit at SINOPEC Yangzi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.During operation,problems including the over-temperature damage to regenerator inner screen and the failure of program control valve occurred many times,affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit.In order to solve the problem of over-temperature damage to regenerator inner screen,flexible thermocouples were installed at the easily damaged parts of the regenerator inner screen to expand the monitoring range of bed temperature inside the regenerator,and the previously undetected high temperature point was detected by the new thermocouple,providing effective guidance for operation and avoiding over temperature.The 32 program control valves in the regeneration unit formed a conveying system.If any program control valve fails,the unit shall be shut town.Each time the unit was shut down,the temperature of the regeneration bed rapidly decreased from 580℃to about 460℃within 15 minutes,and the cooling rate was equivalent to about 480℃/h,far exceeding the temperature rise and fall index of less than 50℃/h in the technical specification and causing severe impact on the regenerator inner screen.By using the catalysts stored in the separation hopper at the top of regenerator as the buffering capacity,the operation of the two lock hoppers was stopped and the circulation rate was reduced,so that the program control valve can be replaced without shutting down the unit at the minimum circulation rate,avoiding the impact of rapid temperature rise and fall on equipment.The application of the above two measures has realized the purpose of protecting the regenerator inner screen and effectively improved the operation stability of the unit.
