摘 要:顺序沉积技术为钙钛矿薄膜的制造提供了一种有前途的策略.然而,PbI_(2)薄膜的高度结晶和致密形态会影响钙钛矿薄膜的质量和再现性.本文将烟酰胺(NTM)衍生物作为简单有效的多功能配体引入到PbI_(2)前体溶液中,获得了方向可控的介孔PbI_(2)支架,这源于强烈的化学相互作用和溶剂的加速挥发.本文还制备了位于钙钛矿薄膜晶界处并具有NTM衍生物的纳米带PbI_(2)晶体,其可以钝化缺陷并提高载流子寿命.基于6-(三氟甲基)烟酰胺(6-F-NTM)调制薄膜的钙钛矿太阳能电池的功率转换效率可提高到22.7%,在2000小时老化后,其功率转换效率为原始值的98.8%.本工作为调节PbI_(2)薄膜的结晶和控制过量的PbI_(2)结构以实现高效钙钛矿太阳能电池提供了新思路.Sequential deposition is a promising tactic for perovskite film fabrication.However,the highly crystalline and compact morphology of PbI_(2)film will hinder the quality and reproducibility of perovskite films.Here,nicotinamide(NTM)derivatives were introduced as simple and effective multifunctional ligands into the PbI_(2)precursor solution.Orientation-controlled and mesoporous PbI_(2)scaffolds formed due to strong chemical interaction and accelerated solvent volatilization.Nanobelt PbI_(2)crystals were also generated at the grain boundaries of perovskite films with NTM derivatives,which can passivate the defects and enhance the carrier lifetime.As a result,the perovskite solar cells based on 6-(trifluoromethyl)nicotinamide-modulated films showed an enhanced power conversion efficiency of 22.7%,of which98.8%was maintained even after 2000 h of aging.Our findings offer a distinctive understanding of regulating the crystallization of PbI_(2)films and manipulating excess PbI_(2)structure for efficient perovskite solar cells.
