摘  要:为确保核燃料包壳管涡流检测的可靠性,利用涡流检测中的缺陷信号,研究了频率对检测信号幅值和相位的影响。首先根据涡流检测原理,得出包壳管的涡流密度及其与标准渗透深度的关系,然后通过试验得到包壳管的相位滞后曲线。试验结果表明,涡流检测时,结合缺陷信号的相位信息,能够较为准确地评估缺陷深度。In order to ensure the reliability of the eddy current inspection of nuclear fuel cladding tube,the influence of frequency on the amplitude and phase of the inspection signal is studied by using the defect signal in eddy current inspection.According to the principle of eddy current inspection,the relationship between the eddy current density in cladding tube and the standard penetration depth was obtained,and the phase lag curve of cladding tube was obtained through the test.The experimental results show that,the defect depth can be accurately evaluated by combining the phase information of the defect signal in eddy current inspection.
