摘  要:某核电机组阀门引漏管发生开裂,采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验、维氏硬度测试、扫描电镜和能谱分析等方法对引漏管的开裂原因进行分析。结果表明:引漏管开裂的原因为应力腐蚀,腐蚀介质为氯离子,最后提出了相关建议。Cracking occurred in the valve leak-off connection pipe of a nuclear power unit.The cracking causes of the leak-off connection pipe were analyzed by means of macroscopic observation,chemical composition analysis,metallographic examination,Vickers hardness test,scanning electron microscope and energy spectrum analysis.The results show that the cracking reason of the leak-off connection pipe was stress corrosion,and the corrosion medium was chloridion.Finally,relevant suggestions were put forward.
