摘 要:永磁同步电机采用传统有限控制集模型预测控制存在电流稳态误差大,参数依赖性强,谐波分量高等问题,提出了包含调制环节和电流指令修正环节的新型三矢量电流模型预测控制策略。在调制环节中,利用关断IGBT二极管续流的逆变特性插入死区,使得系统具有固定开关频率且无需额外死区补偿,简化了系统模型预测控制策略下交流滤波器的设计。针对模型预测参数依赖性强的问题,设计了电流指令修正环节,弱化了主回路参数不准确对系统控制性能的影响,增强了电流模型预测控制的鲁棒性。实验结果证明,所提控制策略有效、可行,该控制策略能够有效减少系统稳态误差和谐波含量。The traditional finite control set model of permanent magnet synchronous motor has the problems of large steady-state error,strong parameter dependence and high harmonic component.A new three-vector current model predictive control strategy including modulation link and current instruction correction link is proposed.In the modulation link,the dead zone is inserted by using the inverting characteristic of the shutdown IGBT diode to continue the current,which makes the system have a fixed switching frequency without additional dead zone compensation and simplifies the design of the AC filter under the system model prediction control strategy.In view of the strong dependence of the model prediction parameters,a current command correction link is designed to weaken the impact of inaccurate main loop parameters on the system control performance and enhance the robustness of the current model prediction control.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed control strategy is effective and feasible,and that the control strategy can effectively reduce the system steady-state error and harmonic content.
