摘  要:以新疆硫磺沟煤矿上保护层遗留煤柱下综采工作面过联络巷为工程背景,通过现场调研、理论分析、数值模拟和微震监测等方法对倾斜综放工作面双层叠加煤柱诱冲机理及安全开采技术进行研究,结果表明:孤立煤体在自重应力、4-5煤层遗留煤柱集中应力和工作面超前支承应力综合作用下应力高度集中,当叠加总应力超过孤立煤体极限承载能力时,容易诱发冲击地压灾害;建立了双层叠加煤柱工作面煤体整体失稳诱冲力学估算模型,通过数值模拟计算研究了煤柱应力集中机制和双层叠加煤柱工作面回采应力演化规律;针对双层叠加煤柱诱冲机理制定了工作面过双层煤叠加影响区的安全回采技术方案,微震监测结果验证了技术方案的安全性和有效性。Taking the fully mechanized mining face though crossheading under the residual coal pillar of upper protective layer in Xinjiang Liuhuanggou Coal Mine as the engineering background,this paper investigated the mechanism and safety mining technology of rock burst induced by double layer superposition coal pillar in inclined fully mechanized caving face though on-site investigation,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and microseismic monitoring.The results have shown that:the stress of isolated coal was highly concentrated under the comprehensive effects of its own weight stress,concentrated stress of residual coal pillar in 4-5 coal seam and advanced support stress of the working face.When the superimposition total stress exceeded the ultimate load bearing capacity of isolated coal,it was easy to induce rock burst.The estimation model of overall instability of the coal in the double layer superimposed coal pillar face was established,and the stress concentration mechanism of the coal pillar and the stress evolution law in the double layer superimposed coal pillar working face were studied by numerical simulation.According to the mechanism of rock burst induced by double layer superposition coal pillar,the safety mining technical scheme of working face through double layer coal superimposed influence area was formulated.The microseismic monitoring results verified the safety and effectiveness of the technical scheme.
