摘  要:本论文利用醋酸对麦秆进行一段高温处理以提高中性亚硫酸盐二段处理对上述纤维酶解性能的改善效率,利用单因素试验探究最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在醋酸用量3%、处理温度160℃、处理时间60min(浸渍时间15min、液比1:4)的条件下,醋酸一段处理效率最佳。和仅经中性亚硫酸盐处理后纤维的性能相比,经醋酸和中性亚硫酸盐两段处理后纤维中有机抽提物、灰分、木质素和木聚糖的含量降低,但酶解葡聚糖含量和葡聚糖转化率增加。In this paper,CH_(3)COOH was used to treat wheat straw(the first stage)for the modification on the efficiency of the fiber enzyme hydrolysis property of wheat straw treated by medium sulfites in the second stage,and the single factor tests were applied to determine the optimal conditions.The results showed that the CH_(3)COO Hdosage of 3%,treating temperature of 160℃and treating time of 60min(soaking time of 15min,liquor ratio of 1:4)were chosen as the optimal conditions.Under above conditions,compared with those of the fibers treated by medium sulfites,the contents of organic extract,ash,lignin and xylan in the fibers treated by CH_(3)COOH and medium sulfites were decreased;however,the hydrolyzed glucan content and the conversion ratio of glucan were increased.
