摘　　要：数字一体化手术室是一项系统工程,涉及设备和线路多且繁杂,在理解设备工作原理的基础上进行操作和管理,在此基础上对易发故障进行排除有利于设备的应用和推广,能更好地促进医学和医学教育的进步。笔者总结了滨州医学院附属医院2018年启用数字一体化手术室以来的管理经验和遇到的问题故障,并从故障现象、故障分析、故障维修过程三方面对案例进行阐述,总结了故障排除流程,优化了设备使用流程,为设备的正常使用提供了可靠保障,以期为使用数字一体化的临床医务工作者和临床工程师提供故障排除思路,以提升数字一体化的临床使用面和使用满意度,同时为预备建设一体化手术室的同仁提供改进思路,以建成更符合临床及教学的数字一体化手术室。Digital integrated operating room is a system engineering, involving numerous and complicated equipment and circuits. The operation and management based on the understanding of the working principle of the equipment, and then the troubleshooting is conducive to equipment application and promotion, and promote progress of medicine and medical education. The management experience and faults of the Binzhou Medical University Hospital since it launched the digital integrated operating room in 2018 were summarized. Fault phenomenon, fault analysis and fault maintenance process were described,troubleshooting process was summarized and equipment workflow was optimized, which provided reliable guarantee for normal operation of the equipment, to provide troubleshooting ideas for clinicians and clinical engineers using digital integration, and to improve clinical usage and satisfaction of digital integration, and at the same time, provide improvement ideas to build more suitable digital integrated operating room for clinical and teaching requirements.
