摘 要:目的:建立同时测定五加参口服液中紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E、异嗪皮啶、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1、去氢土莫酸、去氢茯苓酸、茯苓酸和松苓新酸10个成分的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为SHIMADZU-GL Wondasil C18-WR色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.3%磷酸水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),检测波长为203 nm,柱温为35℃。结果:紫丁香苷、刺五加苷E、异嗪皮啶、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rb1、去氢土莫酸、去氢茯苓酸、茯苓酸和松苓新酸检测质量浓度的线性范围分别为10.74~80.55、7.04~52.8、2.932~21.99、2.232~16.74、5.84~43.8、10.42~78.15、2.544~19.08、1.9~14.25、3.272~24.54、0.642~4.815μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9993~0.9998);平均加样回收率分别为99.7%、99.8%、99.9%、100.2%、99.8%、100.0%、99.9%、100.0%、99.9%和99.7%(RSD<1.0%,n=6)。3批样品中的10个成分平均含量分别为1.357~1.423、0.853~0.881、0.353~0.364、0.265~0.276、0.731~0.748、1.282~1.311、0.322~0.331、0.239~0.246、0.391~0.411、0.079~0.081 mg·mL^(-1)。结论:该含量测定方法可同时测定多种成分,灵敏度高,稳定性好,准确可靠,可用于五加参口服液的质量控制。Objective:To develop a method for simultaneous determination of syringin,eleutheroside E,isofraxidin,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1,gehydrotumulosic acid,gehydropachymic acid,pachymic acid and synonyms in Wujiashen oral liquid by RP-HPLC.Methods:The determination was performed on a SHIMADZU-GL Wondasil C18-WR column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)with the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0.3%phosphoric acid in a gradient mode at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^(-1).The detection wavelength was set at 203 nm.The column temperature was set at 35℃.Results:The linear ranges for syringin,eleutheroside E,isofraxidin,ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Re,ginsenoside Rb1,gehydrotumulosic acid,gehydropachymic acid,pachymic acid and synonyms were 10.74-80.55,7.04-52.8,2.932-21.99,2.232-16.74,5.84-43.8,10.42-78.15,2.544-19.08,1.9-14.25,3.272-24.54 and 0.642-4.815μg·mL^(-1),respectively(r=0.9993-0.9998).Average recoveries were 99.7%,99.8%,99.9%,100.2%,99.8%,100.0%,99.9%,100.0%,99.9%and 99.7%(RSD<1.0%,n=6),respectively.The average contents of the above 10 components in 3 samples were 1.357-1.423,0.853-0.881,0.353-0.364,0.265-0.276,0.731-0.748,1.282-1.311,0.322-0.331,0.239-0.246,0.391-0.411 and 0.079-0.081 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and suitable to control the quality of Wujiashen oral liquid.
