摘 要:托盘共用为铁路货物运输提供一贯化带板运输,对铁路货运的发展起着重要的推动作用。货运站作为铁路运输的重要枢纽,相对落后的仓储作业方式难以满足运输环节之间的衔接,导致不能完全发挥托盘共用的优势。本文以提升铁路运输效率与效益为目标,从铁路运输系统下货运站内部作业平衡角度出发,结合货运站的到货量、发货量、托盘数量和叉车处理能力等元素,构建回收、租赁、装车、卸车作业之间的业务平衡机制,为验证机制的合理性,重新梳理了带盘运输货运站的出入库流程,通过仿真研究及敏感度分析,得出相应的叉车配置策略。仿真结果显示,仓储作业自动化后货运站装卸效率提高3到6倍,叉车数量和货运量的平衡关系可使得叉车利用率达到70%至85%。对铁路货运站的平衡机制及仿真研究,可更充分的发挥铁路运输的能力,推动铁路运输朝着标准化、精益化发展。Pallet sharing provides consistent belt and board transportation for railway freight transportation and plays an important role in promoting the development of railway freight transportation.Freight station as an important hub of railway transportation,relatively backward storage operation mode is difficult to meet the connection between transportation links,resulting in the inability to fully play the advantages of pallet sharing.In this paper,in order to enhance railway transportation efficiency and benefit as the goal,from the railway transportation system under the balance of freight station inside job perspective,combined with the amount of the arrival of the cargo terminal,number of shipments,tray,and elements such as forklift handling ability,build recycling,leasing,business balance between loading and unloading operation mechanism,to test and verify the rationality of mechanism,Through simulation research and sensitivity analysis,the corresponding forklift truck configuration strategy is obtained.The simulation results show that the loading and unloading efficiency of the freight station can be increased by 3 to 6 times after the warehousing operation is automated,and the utilization rate of forklifts can reach 70%to 85%by balancing the number of forklifts and freight volume.The balance mechanism and simulation research of railway freight station can give full play to the capacity of railway transportation and promote the development of railway transportation toward standardization and lean.
