摘 要:摩擦纳米发电机(TENG)作为一种可以从环境中捕捉细微的能量并转换成电信号输出的新型能源收集研究热点,由于受结构和材料限制,导致其易受机械磨损而输出性能稳定性下降。研制了一种基于兔毛作为软接触材料的摩擦纳米发电机(TENG),并探究了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)和聚偏二氟乙烯(PVDF)分别作为兔毛摩擦纳米发电(R-TENG)的介电材料时,R-TENG在不同转速(30、60、90和120 r/min)下具有的输出性能。结果表明,PVDF作为介电材料在基于兔毛的软接触配合中,其效果明显优于PTFE。在转速为120 r/min时,基于PVDF的R-TENG输出短路电流与开路电压分别可达3.3μA和873.27 V。将R-TENG在120 r/min转速下连续工作24 h后,得到测试前后短路电流和开路电压的衰减率分别为6%~7%和4.5%~6.5%,验证了基于兔毛软接触的R-TENG具有良好的耐久性,能够在实际应用中大大降低人工维修成本。对R-TENG进行功率匹配,在外部电阻为50 MΩ时,其输出功率可高达0.96 mW。利用R-TENG为电容进行供电实验,0.1μF的电容能够在短时间内充电到2.384 V,验证了以兔毛作为软接触材料时R-TENG的高性能特点,为传感器供电提供策略。As a new energy harvesting research hotspot,a triboelectric nanogenerator(TENG)can capture subtle energy from the environment and convert it into electrical signal.Due to structure and material limitations,it is vulnerable to mechanical wear,which leads to the decrease of output performance stability.Based on rabbit hair as soft contact material,a triboelectric nano-generator(TENG)was developed.With polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)and polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)as dielectric materials respectively,the output performances of the rabbit hair TENG(R-TENG)at different rotating speeds(30,60,90 and 120 r/min)were investigated.The results show that the effect of PVDF as dielectric material is better than that of PTFE in soft contact coordination based on rabbit hair.At 120 r/min rotate speed,the output short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage of the PVDF-based R-TENG can reach 3.3μA and 873.27 V,respectively.After working at 120 r/min rotate speed for 24 h,the decay rates of short-circuit current and open-circuit voltage measured before and after the test were in the range of 6%-7%and 4.5%-6.5%,respectively,which is verified that the R-TENG based on rabbit hair soft contact has good durability and can greatly reduce the manual maintenance cost in practical application.After power matching for the R-TENG,when the external resistance is 50 MΩ,the output power of the R-TENG is up to 0.96 mW.The experiment of using R-TENG to power the capacitor shows that the 0.1μF capacitor can be charged to 2.384 V in a short time.The high performance characteristics of the R-TENG with rabbit hair as soft contact material are verified,and the strategy for power supply of sensors is provided.
