摘　　要：水利与生态环保行业发展随着经济社会发展正发生重大变化,大规模的水利建设已经放缓,现发展热点集中在流域管理和水资源综合利用层面,同时生态文明建设由粗放阶段转向以减污降碳协同增效的全面绿色生态文明阶段。行业发展影响就业形势,水利与生态环保行业校园招聘需求总量稳中有增,集中需求技术类专业人才,拓展类岗位需求成新趋势,对高校人才培养提出新要求,就业育人需贯穿人才培养全过程,本硕博贯通式人才培养方式聚焦战略性紧缺人才培养,分年级阶梯化主题教育推进全过程就业育人,多渠道打通生涯教育与专业教育师资壁垒。With the economic and social development,the progress of water conservancy and ecological environmental protection industry is undergoing significant changes:large-scale water conservancy construction has slowed down,the development's hot spot concentrates on the basin management and comprehensive utilization of water resources,and at the same time,the ecological civilization construction has shifted from the extensive operation to the comprehensive green ecological cilization stage of synergizing the reduction of pollution and carbon emissions.As the development of the industry affects the employment situation,the total demand for campus recruitment in the water conservancy and ecological environmental protection industry has gained growth while ensuring stability,the technical professionals are primarily needed,and the demand for the occupations for expansion work have become a new trend,which puts forward new requirements for talent cultivation in colleges and universities.Employment education is 8upposcd to run through the whole process of talent cultivation,the Bachclor Master Doctor Intcgrated talent training should pay close attention to the cultivation of strategic urgently-needed talents,and stepwise thematic education is called for promoting the whole process of employment education,thus breaking down teachers'barrier between career education and professional education through multiple channels.
