我国高校创新创业教育变迁的轨迹探究

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国高校的创新创业教育依次经历历史初创、自发推广、全面展开和优化升级四个时期。本文从制度变迁理论的视域出发,对创新创业教育的发展历程、基本规律、内在实质展开系统剖析。并在现有创新创业教育基础上总结出对未来相关工作的展望,提出要注重促进创新创业教育通过“以点带面、点面结合”的方式优化自身变迁路径;打造创新创业教育多元利益主体向一体化方向转变格局;实现创新创业教育的自我价值与社会价值相统一。Improving the overall quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities in China and vigorously cultivating students'innovative spirit and entrepreneurial consciousness are not only the fundamental requirements of current economic and social development,but also the realistic demands of better realizing the innovation-driven development strategy.Since the reform and opening up,innovation and entrepreneurship education in Colleges and universities in China has successively experienced four periods:historical start-up,spontaneous promotion,comprehensive development and optimization and upgrading.From the perspective of institutional change theory,this paper systematically analyzes the development process,basic laws and intrinsic essence of innovation and entrepreneurship education.Based on the existing policies of innovation and entrepreneurship education,this paper summarizes the prospect of relevant policies in the future,and puts forward that we should pay attention to the optimization of the path of innovation and entrepreneurship education policy through the way of"point-by-area,point-by-area combination".To create a pattern of transformation from multiple stakeholders to integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education;Realize the unity of self-value and social value of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
