摘  要:采用自行设计的小型双搅拌反应釜,以NaClO_(2)溶液为吸收剂,在保持气液传质界面面积不变的条件下开展了模拟烟气同时脱硫脱硝的反应动力学研究。研究了溶液pH、反应温度以及SO_(2)、NO和NaClO_(2)初始浓度对SO_(2)、NO和NO_(x)反应速率的影响,并得到NO和SO_(2)的反应级数和反应速率常数。结果表明:在一定范围内适当升高反应温度和降低溶液pH均有利于NO_(x)反应速率的提高;NO初始质量浓度对SO_(2)反应速率的影响不显著,但随着NO初始质量浓度的增大,NO和NO_(x)的反应速率提高;随着SO_(2)初始质量浓度的增加,SO_(2)的反应速率增大,而NO_(x)反应速率呈先增大后变化减缓的趋势;NO和SO_(2)的反应级数分别为0.699和0.843,反应速率常数分别为6.30 mg^(0.301)/(m^(2.903)·s)和2.20 mg^(0.157)/(m^(2.471)·s)。The macrokinetics of simultaneous desulfurization and denitration from flue gas by NaClO_(2)solution was studied in a self-designed double-stirred reactor with fixed gas-liquid mass transfer interface.The effects of solution pH,reaction temperature,initial concentration of SO_(2),NO and NaClO_(2)on SO_(2),NO and NO_(x)reaction rate were studied,so as to calculate reaction order and the constant of reaction rate.Results show that increasing reaction temperature and decreasing pH within a certain range are conducive to the increase of NO_(x)reaction rate.The initial concentration of NO has no significant effect on SO_(2)reaction rate,but with the increase of initial mass concentration of NO,the reaction rate of NO and NO_(x)increases.With the increase of initial mass concentration of SO_(2),the reaction rate of SO_(2)increases,while the reaction rate of NO_(x)increases first and then decreases.The reaction orders of NO and SO_(2)are 0.699 and 0.843 respectively,the reaction rate constants of NO and SO_(2)are 6.30 mg^(0.301)/(m^(2.903)·s)and 2.20 mg^(0.157)/(m^(2.471)·s)respectively.
