摘  要:文章旨在分析复合益生菌发酵玉米秸秆对肉牛生长性能、免疫功能及养分消化率的影响。试验选取健康状态良好,初始体重接近的60头西门塔尔牛,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,每个重复5头。其中,对照组肉牛饲喂玉米秸秆型粗饲料,试验1、2、3组分别以33.33%、66.67%、100.00%比例的复合益生菌发酵玉米秸秆等量替代玉米秸秆,试验共计60 d。结果:(1)试验2、3组肉牛的平均日增重(ADG)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验1、2、3组肉牛的平均日采食量(ADFI)显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2、3组肉牛的料重比(F/G)显著低于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05);(2)试验2、3组肉牛血清中白细胞介素-6(IL-6)含量显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05),试验1、2、3组肉牛血清中免疫球蛋白G(IgG)含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05);(3)试验1、2、3组有机物(OM)的消化率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),试验2、3组粗蛋白质(CP)的消化率显著高于对照组和试验1组(P<0.05)。结论:基础日粮中用复合益生菌发酵玉米秸秆替代玉米秸秆能提高肉牛的生长性能和机体免疫力,增强肉牛对饲料的消化吸收能力,且复合益生菌发酵玉米秸秆替代玉米秸秆的最佳比例为66.67%。The effects of corn straw fermented by compound probiotics on growth performance,immune function and nutrient digestibility of beef cattle were analyzed.Select 60 Simmental cows with good health and approximate initial weight,and randomly divide them into 4 groups,with 3 replicates in each group,and 5 in each replicates.Among them,the beef cattle in the control group were fed with corn straw type roughage.In the first,second and third groups,the corn straw was replaced with 33.33%,66.67%and 100.00%of corn straw fermented by compound probiotics,respectively,for a total of 60 days.Results:(1)The average daily gain(ADG)of beef cattle in test 2 and 3 groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),the average daily feed intake(ADFI)of beef cattle in test 1,2 and 3 groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the feed weight ratio(F/G)of beef cattle in test 2 and 3 groups was significantly lower than that in control group and test 1 group(P<0.05);(2)The content of interleukin-6(IL-6)in serum of beef cattle in test 2 and 3 groups was significantly higher than that in control group and test 1 group(P<0.05),and the content of immunoglobulin G(IgG)in serum of beef cattle in test 1,2 and 3 groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05);(3)The digestibility of organic matter(OM)in test 1,2 and 3 groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the digestibility of crude protein(CP)in test 2 and 3 groups was significantly higher than that in control group and test 1 group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the basic diet,the corn straw fermented by compound probiotics can replace the corn straw,which can improve the growth performance and immunity of beef cattle,enhance the digestion and absorption ability of beef cattle to feed,and the best proportion of corn straw replaced by corn straw fermented by compound probiotics is 66.67%.
