摘  要:文章旨在研究日粮中添加不同蛋白质水平的苜蓿草粉对马岗雏鹅生长性能、血液生化指标和免疫机能的影响,试验选用210只马岗雏鹅,随机分为7组,每组3个重复,每个重复10只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组分别在基础日粮基础上添加蛋白质含量为14%或16%的苜蓿草粉10%、20%和30%。结果表明,(1)日粮中添加苜蓿草粉对雏鹅日增重无显著影响,但试验Ⅲ、Ⅴ和Ⅵ组雏鹅平均日采食量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)随着苜蓿草粉添加比例的升高,雏鹅血液中的尿酸、尿素和甘油三酯有下降趋势,试验Ⅰ和试验Ⅳ组血糖和总胆固醇最大,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。(3)各试验组IgA、IgM和IgG含量基本低于对照组。(4)日粮中苜蓿草粉的适宜添加量为10%~20%。In order to investigate the effects of alfalfa meal with different protein levels added to the diet on the growth performance,blood biochemical indexes and immune function of Magang goslings,210 Magang goslings were selected and randomly divided into 7 groups,with 3 replicates in each group,10 for each replicates.The control group was randomly divided into two groups,and the experimental groups were fed a basal diet supplemented with 10%,20%and 30%alfalfa meal containing 14%or 16%protein,respectively.The results showed as follows:(1)Dietary alfalfa meal had no significant effect on daily gain of goslings,but the average daily feed intake of goslings in trial Ⅲ,Ⅴ and Ⅵ groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).(2)With the increase of alfalfa meal supplemental proportion,the uric acid,urea and triglyceride in blood of goslings showed a decreasing trend,and the blood glucose and total cholesterol in trial groups Ⅰ and Ⅳ were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).(3)The contents of IgA,IgM and IgG in experimental groups were lower than those in control group.(4)The diet should be supplemented with appropriate alfalfa meal,the appropriate dosage is 10%~20%.
