摘　　要：文章针对农民土地承包权退出可能出现的经济风险、市场风险、社会风险和制度风险,运用ISM和MICMAC模型,通过分析各风险因素之间的关系,建立可达矩阵,并对可达矩阵进行等级划分,建立解释结构图,对各风险因素进行评价,识别系统中具有高度动力性和依赖性的风险因素.研究结果确定了农民土地承包权退出的关键性风险因素,为降低农民土地承包权退出风险提出了具有操作性的建议.In view of the economic risk,market risk,social risk and institutional risk that may appear in the withdrawal of farmers’land contract right,this paper uses ISM and MICMAC model to analyze the relation ship between various risk factors,establishes the reachability matrix,divides the reachability matrix into grades,establishes the explanatory structure chart,evaluates the risk factors,and identifies the high dynamic in the system and highly dependent risk factors.The results of the study identifies the key risk factors of the withdrawal of farmers’land contract right,and put forward operational countermeasures to reduce the risk of withdrawal of farmers’land contract right.
