摘  要:针对市面上购买的模压设备主要面向生产线且价格昂贵、获得试验数据较少等问题。设计了一种精密的模压装置,该装置利用伺服电机与丝杠一体化模块提供模压动力,能够实时的监控模压过程中的参数。对模压装置的结构和工作原理、硬件参数及软件实现进行了描述,并成功研制了样机。最后对样机进行了性能测试,试验结果表明,模压装置的技术方案可以满足对光学玻璃模压过程进行监控,具有操作简单、实用等特点。该装置的设计为光学元件的精密模压关键技术的研究创造了条件。According to the fact that the molding setup bought from company is mainly used for production in the factory which have some shortcoming such as expensive,less data etc.A precision molding test device was designed,which can monitor and control molding parameters and the power is provided by servo motor and screw integration module.The structure and working principle of the device,operating parameters and software working flow were introduced in the paper.The device was made and the experiments were carried out finally.The test results show that the technical solution can meet the requirements,which have the advantages such as simple operation,practicality etc.The design of device created the conditions for research of the key technology of precision molding of the optical elements.
