摘 要:以主要氧化锌矿物菱锌矿作为研究对象,研究了硫化温度、铜离子活化、低pH条件硫化等多种方式对菱锌矿硫化程度的影响,并揭示了水洗除去表面的过量的高浓度硫化钠对氧化锌矿硫化浮选效果的影响。在以上基础上,利用分析检测手段对氧化锌矿强化硫化反应机理进行了探究,得到以下结论:1)硫化时加入铜离子可以改善菱锌矿纯矿物的回收率;2)以用量为1×10^(-3)mol/L的硫化钠作为硫化剂时,在没有除去溶液中过量硫化钠时,菱锌矿几乎没有得到有效浮选,表明溶液中残存的高浓度硫化钠对浮选过程起抑制作用,水洗除去溶液中过量硫化钠后可以提高菱锌矿回收率;3)酸性条件下进行氧化锌矿硫化有助于提高氧化锌矿浮选回收率,在弱酸性条件下强于强酸性条件;4)提高硫化温度可以提高菱锌矿硫化效果。通过XRD分析表明,硫化反应生成物结晶度很低,XPS分析表明,加入硫化钠硫化时有硫化锌生成,并且随着温度升高菱锌矿表面硫化锌含量增加。红外光谱分析表明,铜离子强化了丁基黄药与菱锌矿的吸附作用。The main zinc oxide mineral smithsonite was taken as the research object.The effects of sulfidation temperature,copper ion activation,low pH condition and other sulfidation methods on the:sulfidation degree of smithsonite were studied,and the effects of excessive high concentration sodium sulfide removed from the surface by water washing on the sulfidation flotation effect of zinc oxide mineral were revealed.On the basis of the above,the reaction mechanism of intensified sulfuration of zinc oxide ore was explored by means of analysis and detection,and the following conclusions were obtained:1)The recovery of smithsonite can be improved by adding copper ions during sulfidation.2)Smithsonite was hardly floated effectively when the dosage of sodium sulfide was 1×10^(-3)mol/L and the excessive sodium sulfide in the solution was not removed,which indicated that the high concentration of sodium sulfide remaining in the solution inhibited the flotation process,and the recovery of smithsonite can be improved after the excessive sodium sulfide in the solution was removed by water washing.3)Sulphurization of zinc oxide ore under acidic conditions was helpful to improve the flotation recovery of zinc oxide ore,and the sulfurization under weak acidic conditions was stronger than that under strong acidic conditions.4)The sulphidizing effect of smithsonite can be improved by increasing the sulphidizing temperature.The XRD analysis showed that the crystallinity of the sulfidation reaction product was very low.The XPS analysis showed that zinc sulfide was generated when sodium sulfide was added,and the content of zinc sulfide on the smithsonite surface increased with the increase of temperature.FTIR analysis results showed that copper ion en hanced the adsorption of butyl xanthate on smithsonite.
