摘　　要：疼痛是复杂的生理心理活动的表现,兼具身心合一的特质。“形神一体观”是中医整体观辨证论治的基石,为指导推拿治疗疼痛类疾病奠定扎实的理论基础。基于“形神一体观”,分别从调形和调神的角度出发,着眼于五脏生理功能与神志活动的相互影响,展开对推拿五脏背俞穴干预疼痛的痛感觉、痛情绪和痛认知三个不同维度的阐述。结合现代研究进展,在证实推拿提高痛阈的同时,关注疼痛相关负性情绪和认知的研究,不断挖掘推拿在镇痛方面的优势,为其临床推广和深入研究拓展新的思路。Pain is a manifestation of complex physio-psychological activities,with the characteristics of unity of body and mind.The“concept of unity of body and spirit”is the cornerstone of holism and treatment based on syndrome differentiation in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and lays a solid theoretical foundation for guiding massage to treat pain diseases.Based on the“concept of unity of body and spirit”,from the aspects of regulating body and regulating spirit,the mutual influence between the physiological functions of the five zang-organs and their spiritual activities are focused,to explain the three different dimensions of intervention in pain sensation,pain emotion,and pain perception in the five-zang back transport points of tuina.Combined with modern research progress,tuina improving pain threshold was verified,and also the research on pain related negative emotions and cognition were paid attention to.The advantages of tuina in relieving pain were explored to expand new ideas for its clinical promotion and in-depth research.
