应用开阖枢理论解读柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤

摘　　要：柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤出自《伤寒论》,临床多取其疏肝解郁、和解少阳之用。开阖枢理论源自《黄帝内经》,描述的是阴阳离合的运动状态,阐释了自然万物的空间运动规律。基于该理论解读柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤,认为其作用机制主要是促进少阳转枢与阳明阖降。另外可以应用“欲解时”理论,通过观察疾病在少阳病与阳明病欲解时的症状变化,辅助柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤证的诊断。Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction(柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤)is from Treatise on Cold Damage.It is usually applied for soothing liver and relieving depression,and harmonizing shao yang in clinical practice.The open-close-pivot theory is derived from Huangdi’s Internal Cannon.It explains the movement law in the space of all natural things.Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction could be explained from this theory.It is held that its mechanism of action is mainly to promote shao yang pivot and yang ming close.In addition,the theory of“time for relieving”could be applied by observing symptom changes in the time for relieving shao yang disease and yang ming disease to help diagnose syndrome of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Decoction.
