摘　　要：目的:基于中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)分析刘伟胜教授治疗大肠癌的用药经验与组方规律。方法:纳入2016年4月至2019年3月刘伟胜在广东省中医院门诊部的诊断为大肠癌的中药汤剂处方,录入中医传承辅助系统(V2.5)中,建立数据库,采用该软件的方剂规则分析、复杂系统熵聚类及无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析刘伟胜的用药经验。结果:纳入并录入处方334例,共使用中药133味。其中使用频次高于100的中药共22味,使用频次最高的5味中药依次为茯苓(315)、女贞子(305)、党参(283)、甘草(278)、全蝎(275)。支持度为250,置信度为0.95时,共有药物组合11组,使用频次最高的5个组合依次为党参-茯苓(279)、女贞子-茯苓(279)、甘草-女贞子(273)、甘草-茯苓(268)、茯苓-全蝎(265);设置相关度为9,惩罚度为2,演化出24个药物核心组合与12个新处方。结论:刘伟胜认为大肠癌的病因病机为脾肾亏虚、湿瘀互结,遣方用药攻补兼施,在治疗中尤为重视补益脾肾。Objective:To analyze the medication experience and prescription regularity of Professor LIU Weisheng in treating colorectal cancer by using the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)inheritance system(V2.5).Methods:The prescriptions for colorectal cancer by Professor LIU Weisheng in the clinic department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine from April 2016 to March 2019 were collected and input the TCM inheritance system to establish a formula database.Data mining methods such as association rule analysis,complex system entropy cluster,unsupervised hierarchical clustering were conducted to analyze the medication experience by Professor LIU Weisheng.Results:Totally,334 cases were included,with 334 prescriptions and 133 Chinese medicinals.There were 22 Chinese medicinals with frequencies more than 100,and top 5 medicinals with high frequency were Fuling(Poria,315),Nyuzhenzi(Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,305),Dangshen(Radix Codonopsis,283),Gancao(Radix Glycyrrhizae,278),and Quanxie(Scorpio,275).There were 11 medicinal combinations when support degree was at 250 and the confidence was 0.95.Top 5 medicinal combinations with high frequency were Dangshen-Fuling(279),Nyuzhenzi-Fuling(279),Gancao-Nyuzhenzi(273),Gancao-Fuling(268),and Fuling-Quanxie(265).When association degree was set at 9 and punishment degree was set at 2,there were 24 core medicinal combinations and 12 new formulas obtained.Conclusion:Professor LIU Weisheng holds that the disease cause and mechanism of colorectal cancer is deficiency of spleen and kidney,with intermingled dampness and blood stasis.He applies attacking and tonifying together,and especially pays attention to tonifying spleen and kidney.
