摘　　要：目的:通过对人免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染者脾虚与肾虚患者自然杀伤(NK)细胞、自然杀伤T(NKT)细胞功能的研究,分析不同脏腑虚损状态下NK细胞、NKT细胞功能的差异。方法:选取HIV感染者92例,根据中医证候量表分为脾虚组和肾虚组,对两组NK细胞、NKT细胞功能进行检测。结果:肾虚组患者干扰素-γ(INF-γ)表达降低,但两组间CD3-CD56+、CD3+CD56+、CD107a、CD4+T淋巴细胞表达均无差异。结论:脾虚与肾虚患者NK细胞数量及功能、NKT细胞数量均无差异,而肾虚患者NKT细胞功能较脾虚组降低。Objective:To study the function of natural killer cell(NK)and natural killer T cell(NKT)in patients with human immunodeficiency virus(HIV)infection of spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency,and to analyze the differences of NK and NKT between different states of visceral deficiency.Methods:Ninety-two patients with HIV infection were divided into spleen deficiency group and kidney deficiency group according to traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scale scores.The functions of NK and NKT were detected in the two groups.Results:The expression of interferon-γdecreased in kidney deficiency group,but there was no difference in the expression of CD3-CD56+,CD3+CD56+,CD107a and CD4+between the two groups.Conclusion:There is no difference in the counts and function of NK and the counts of NKT between patients with spleen deficiency and kidney deficiency,but the function of NKT cells in patients with kidney deficiency decreased more than in patients with spleen deficiency.
