摘　　要：总结赵鋆理脾调肾法论治儿童青春发育期提前的临证经验,结合儿童发育生理、病理特点,对比正常儿童青春发育与性早熟过程,将儿童青春发育期分为发育前期、进展期、发育后期。整个病程以痰湿内蕴、阴阳失调为病机关键,以理脾调肾为基本法则,临证选用二陈汤合二至丸加减。在发育的各个阶段分别辅以化痰软坚、运脾化湿、调理冲任之法以达阴阳调和之效。Clinical experience by Professor ZHAO Jun in treating precocious puberty with regulating spleen and kidney was summarized.According to the physiological and pathological characteristics of child development,puberty and precocious puberty was compared,and puberty was divided into pre-development stage,progressive stage,and late development stage.The key of disease mechanism is internal accumulation of phlegm and dampness,and disharmony of yin and yang in the whole disease course.The primary treatment principle is regulating spleen and kidney,and in clinic Erchen Decoction(二陈汤)usually is combined with Erzhi Pill(二至丸)with modification.In each stage of development,resolving phlegm and softening hardness,invigorating spleen and resolving dampness,regulating thoroughfare and conception vessels should be applied in assistance to achieve the effect of harmonizing yin and yang.
