摘　　要：曹式丽教授诊疗IgA肾病血尿以宏观辨证为基础,参考微观免疫病理,把握病机动态变化。认为本病多起于外邪侵袭,病程迁延,热、湿、瘀诸邪蓄积,渐次出现气阴两虚、阴阳两衰。本病分为急性发作期、慢性迁延期、终末衰竭期,治疗上强调应区分病程时序,急则治标,祛邪为先、调补脏腑,必伏其主、清利疏浚,湿瘀并重、治病求本,止血有方,可迅速缓解血尿,延缓IgA肾病进展。In the treatment of hematuria due to IgA nephropathy,based on macroscopic diagnosis,with reference to microscopic immunopathology,Professor CAO Shili grasps the dynamic changes of the disease mechanism. She holds that this disease is usually caused by external evils,and the disease is chronic,with the accumulation of heat,dampness and blood stasis,and gradually manifesting as deficiency of both qi and yin,and decline of both yin and yang. The stage of disease is divided into acute attack stage,chronic lingering stage and final failure stage. On the treatment she emphasizes the necessity to differentiate the stage and sequence of the disease,that is,treating the branch for the acute one,eliminating evil first,tonifying zang-fu organs,treating the major diseases,clearing and dredging,treating both dampness and stasis,treating the root cause,and stopping bleeding. By doing the above,hematuria could be relived immediately and the progression of IgA nephropathy could be delayed.
