发展中国家的发展阶段论

摘　　要：发展中国家经济发展的不同阶段,呈现出不同的发展特征,存在不同的发展难题,形成不同的产业结构,有着不同的发展动力,需要采取不同的发展战略、产业政策和相应的制度调整。因此,发展中国家对经济发展阶段的科学划分、对自身所处发展阶段的准确判断是确定不同发展对策的出发点。在对罗斯托的经济成长阶段论、世界银行的收入水平阶段论、世界经济论坛的经济发展阶段论简要述评的基础上提出基于发展速度划分的经济发展阶段论。At different stages of economic development in developing countries,there are different development characteristics,different development problems,different industrial structures,and different development motivations,which require different development strategies,industrial policies,and corresponding institutional adjustments.Therefore,the scientific division of developing countries'economic development stages and the accurate judgment of their own development stages are the starting points for determining different development strategies.Based on brief comments of Rostow's economic growth stage theory,the income level stage theory of the World Bank,and the economic development stage theory of the World Economic Forum,The author discusses the stages of economic development based on the division of development speed.
