摘  要:为了克服传统生产流程中风选机过料时梗签剔除率、造碎率等指标受物料状态和风速等多方面影响,对膨胀线风选系统进行升级改造,增加数据监测项目、提升监测精度,为后续数据分析提供硬件基础,同时建立以大数据分析为基础的智能风选分析感知和预测系统。以某卷烟厂膨胀线为对象进行数据收集、分析工作,共收集来料质量、来料温度、一级风选风速、一级风选湿度、一级风选温度、高速带电机电流、一级风选烟丝质量、一级风选风门开度、二级风选风速、二级风选温度、二级风选湿度、二级风选烟丝质量、二级风选风门开度、落签质量、风机频率15项指标资料,共计超过3万条记录。In order to solve the problem that the indexes such as stalk removal rate and crushing rate are affected by the material state and wind speed when the air separator passes through the traditional production process,the air separation system of the expansion line has been upgraded,the data monitoring items have been increased,the monitoring accuracy has been improved,and the hardware foundation has been provided for the subsequent data analysis.At the same time,an intelligent wind selection analysis perception and prediction system based on big data analysis is established.Taking the expansion line of Wuhan cigarette factory as the object,data collection and analysis were carried out.More than 30000 records were collected,including 15 indicators:incoming material quality.incoming material temperature.primary air separation wind speed,primary air separation humidity,primary air separation temperature.high-speed belt motor current.primary air separation cut tobacco quality,damper opening,secondary air separation wind speed.secondary air separation temperature,secondary air separation humidity,secondary air separation cut tobacco quality,damper opening.tagdroppingqualityandfanfrequency.
