摘 要:复合材料双曲率机身壁板是机身前段与机头连接的区域,具有典型的双曲率结构特征。文章针对复合材料双曲率机身壁板的结构特点,开了双曲率特征长桁自动化成型、双曲率蒙皮自动铺放的轨迹规划、无填充预浸料芯材结构加筋壁板制造工艺性研究。利用上述研究成果,采用自动化制造技术进行复合材料双曲机身壁板的制造验证,制造质量满足技术要求,验证了采用自动化技术进行复杂曲率机身壁板自动化制造的可行性,可为大型复杂特征的民机复合材料机身壁板自动化制造提供工艺研制思路。The composite double-curvature fuselage panel has typical double-curvature structural characteristics.In this paper,according to the structural characteristics of the double-curvature fuselage panel,the automatic forming of the double-curvature characteristic stringer,the trajectory planning of the double-curvature skin automatic placement,and the manufacturing process of the reinforced panel of the unfilled prepreg core structure are carried out.Based on the above research results,the automatic manufacturing technology is used to verify the manufacturing of the composite double-curvature fuselage panel.The manufacturing quality meets the technical requirements,which verifies the feasibility of using automation technology to automate the manufacturing of complex curvature fuselage panels.It provides a process development idea for the automated manufacturing of large and complex fuselage panels.
