摘 要:在“碳达峰、碳中和”“绿色可持续发展”战略目标背景下,深化绿色变电站工程建设、开展低碳集约化研究成为电网企业工程绿色发展的重要工作。文章致力于构建绿色、安全、环保、可持续的新型变电站,确立集约化建设思路,围绕遵循PDSA“绿色策划-绿色实施-绿色升级-绿色评价”的实施路径,系统化实践“引用地源热泵系统、实施逆向供应固废回收策略、雨水回收利用、打造光伏微网系统”等绿色施工建设举措,助力“双碳”目标实现,推动社会绿色发展。In the context of the strategic objectives of"carbon peaking,carbon neutralization"and"green sustainable development",deepening the construction of green substation projects and carrying out low-carbon intensive research has become an important work for the green development of power grid enterprise projects.This paper is committed to building a new type of transformer substation that is green,safe,environmentally friendly and sustainable,establishing an intensive construction idea,and systematically practicing green construction measures such as"quoting ground source heat pump system,implementing reverse supply solid waste recycling strategy,rainwater recycling,and building a photovoltaic micro grid system"to help achieve the"dual carbon"goal by following the implementation path of PDSA"green planning-green implementation-green upgrading-green evaluation",promote social green development.
