关于外秦淮河(秦淮区段)突发水污染事件应急监测的措施分析

摘　　要：文章从外秦淮河(秦淮区段)潜在的突发环境事件情景出发,对外秦淮河(秦淮区段)突发水污染事件应对的一般应急监测要求、流程、应急监测方法及应急监测布点要求等进行阐述,以有效控制污染范围、降低事故损失。This paper starts from the possible environmental emergencies of the outer Qinhuai River(Qinhuai Area),and expounds the general emergency monitoring requirements and procedures,emergency monitoring methods and emergency monitoring distribution requirements of the outer Qinhuai River(Qinhuai Area),in order to effectively control the pollution range,reduce accident losses.
