摘 要:通过激光共焦显微镜、金相显微镜、万能拉力机、粗糙度仪、AutoForm软件模拟分析等手段,对8014-H21和1050A-O铝合金板进行了单面压花工艺实验研究。结果表明:单面压花过程对铝合金板具有表面强化作用,8014-H21铝合金板经压花后,其花纹板的伸长率仍能达到29.5%,更适合于复杂形状零件的冲压成型。预涂了20μm~25μm聚氨酯涂层的0.8 mm厚8014-H21铝合金板,经单面压花后获得了线宽0.1 mm、深度为28μm~48μm纹理均匀一致的花纹板,并针对单面花纹板的褶皱问题提出了优化措施。The single-sided embossing process of 8014-H21 and 1050A-0 aluminum alloy sheets was studied by means of laser microscope,metallographic microscope,universal tensile machine,roughness tester,and AutoForm software simulation analysis.The results show that the single-sided embossing process has a surface strengthening effect on the aluminum alloy sheets.After embossing,the elongation of 8014-H21 aluminum alloy can still reach 29.5%,which is more suitable for the stamping of complex parts.The single-sided embossed texture with line width of 0.1 mm,depth of 28μm~48μm and uniform surface was obtained on 0.8 mm-thick 8014-H21 aluminum alloy sheet that was pre-coated with 20μm~25μm polyurethane coating.Optimization measures were proposed to solve the wrinkle problem of single-sided embossed sheet.
