摘 要:4043铝合金经多道次拉拔成不同直径的圆杆,分析圆杆的显微组织、抗拉强度和电阻率与其直径、横截面积的关系,以便为拉拔制备焊丝提供相关的技术数据。结果表明,在拉拔过程中,随着圆杆直径的变化,第二相尺寸变化不大,沿拉拔方向大致呈平行线状分布,呈现均匀化、弥散分布特征。4043铝合金杆的抗拉强度、电阻率与其横截面积成线性相关,抗拉强度与电阻率成线性相关。4043铝合金杆拉拔过程中横截面积每减小1 mm^(2),其抗拉强度增加1.5 MPa,电阻率增加0.0077 mΩ·m,其原因是拉拔过程中α(Al)晶粒变形导致内部出现大量位错和晶格畸变等组织缺陷。The 4043 aluminum alloy rod was drawn into different diameters by multiple passes,and the microstructure,tensile strength and resistivity were analyzed with different diameters and cross-sectional area,so as to provide relevant technical data reference for the preparation of welding wire.The test results show that the size of the second phase of the rods of different diameters changes little in the drawing process,and the second phase is roughly distributed in parallel linear along the drawing direction,showing the characteristics of homogenization and dispersion distribution.α(Al)grains are long strips,and their long edge direction is the same as the drawing direction,showing the characteristics of elongation and fibrosis.The tensile strength and resistivity are linearly correlated with the cross-sectional area of 4043 aluminum alloy rod,and the tensile strength is linearly related to resistivity.For every 1 mm^(2)decrease in the cross-sectional area of 4043 aluminum alloy rod,its tensile strength increases by 1.5 MPa and its resistivity increases by 0.0077 mΩ2·m.The reason is that during the drawing process,α(Al)grain deformation results in a large number of structural defects such as dislocation and lattice distortion.
