摘  要:通过分析2013—2019年北京市海淀区手足口病聚集性疫情流行特点,为手足口病的预防与控制提供理论和实践依据。收集2013—2019年海淀区手足口病聚集性疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析。海淀区2013—2019年共报告聚集性疫情597起,涉及病例1961例,平均每年85.29起聚集性疫情,平均每起聚集性疫情涉及病例3.28例。2013—2019年海淀区聚集性疫情数在2016年到达高点后于2016—2019年一直保持在较高水平。2013—2019年海淀区聚集性疫情的病原体肠道病毒阳性率为67.73%(997/1472),各年间引起聚集性疫情的肠道病毒型别构成比变化较大(χ^(2)=435.063,P <0.05);平均每起CVA16、CVA6、EV71和其他肠道病毒引起的聚集性疫情涉及的病例数分别为3.88、3.77、3.48和3.09,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=22.700,P> 0.05)。需要继续提高EV71疫苗接种率,同时坚持实施当前传染源隔离、宣教和培训等综合措施并加强多价疫苗的研发运用。By analyzing the epidemic characteristics of clustered cases of hand, foot and mouth disease(HFMD) in Haidian District of Beijing from 2013 to 2019, this study provides theoretical and practical bases for the prevention and control of HFMD.The data of clustered cases of HFMD in Haidian District from 2013 to 2019 were collected for descriptive epidemiological analysis.From 2013 to 2019, Haidian District reported a total of 597 clustered outbreaks, involving 1961 cases, with an average of 85.29clustered cases per year, and an average of 3.28 cases per cluster. The number of clustered cases in Haidian District remained at a high level from 2016 to 2019 after reaching the peak in 2016.The positive rate of pathogenic enterovirus in the clustered cases in Haidian District was 67.73%(997/1472). The type composition ratio of enterovirus causing clustered cases in Haidian District changed greatly in each year(χ^(2) = 435.063,P < 0.05). The average number of cases involved in each cluster caused by CVA16, CVA6, EV71 and other enteroviruses was 3.88, 3.77, 3.48 and 3.09, respectively, and the difference was not statistically significant(χ^(2) = 22.700,P > 0.05). Thus it is necessary to maintain the current comprehensive measures of infection source isolation, education and training, and strengthen the research and development of multivalent vaccines.
