摘  要:本研究以二氯甲烷为溶剂,采用顶空气相色谱法测定聚苯乙烯制品中苯乙烯和乙苯残留量,考察了样品前处理溶剂的选择,以及顶空进样平衡温度和平衡时间。实验结果显示,顶空平衡温度为100℃、平衡时间为15 min时,苯乙烯和乙苯响应值达到最佳。在选择的最佳条件下,以外标法定量建立标准工作曲线,苯乙烯和乙苯的线性范围为0~20 mg/L,相关系数均大于0.999,检出限均为1 mg/kg;进行了不同浓度的加标回收率试验,苯乙烯加标回收率为97.3%~107.7%,乙苯加标回收率在92.3%~102.4%之间,相对标准偏差均小于3.6%。实验结果表明,该方法具有准确度高、精密度好、干扰小等优点,适合聚苯乙烯制品中苯乙烯和乙苯残留量的快速检测。A method for the determination of styrene and ethylbenzene residues in polystyrene products by headspace gas chromatography with dichloromethane as solvent was studied. The selection of sample pretreatment solvent, the equilibrium temperature and time of headspace injection were investigated. The test results showed that the response value of styrene and ethylbenzene reached the best when the headspace equilibrium temperature was 100℃ and the equilibrium time was 15 min. Under the optimal conditions, the external standard method was used to quantitatively establish the standard working curve. The linear range of styrene and ethylbenzene was 0-20 mg/L, and all the correlation coefficients were greater than 0.999, with detection limit 1 mg/kg. The spiked recoveries of styrene and ethylbenzene at different concentrations were 97.3%-107.7% and 92.3%-102.4% respectively, with relative standard deviations less than 3.6%. The experimental results show that the method has the advantages of high accuracy, good precision and small interference, and is suitable for rapid detection of styrene and ethylbenzene residues in polystyrene products.
