摘 要:以金银花多酚和红豆越橘乙醇提取物为原料,采用称重法、稀释透过率法、2,2′-联氮-二(3-乙基-苯并噻唑-6-磺酸)二铵盐(ABTS)和1,1-二苯基-2-三硝基苯肼(DPPH)自由基清除实验、酪氨酸酶抑制实验、弹性蛋白酶抑制实验、联合指数(CI)考察了金银花多酚与红豆越橘乙醇提取物单独及不同质量比联合应用在保湿、防晒、抗氧化、抑制黑色素和抗衰老方面的功效。结果显示,m(金银花多酚)∶m(红豆越橘乙醇提取物)=1∶2、1∶4在保湿性能方面具有协同作用;m(金银花多酚)∶m(红豆越橘乙醇提取物)=4∶1、2∶1和1∶1时在抗UVB性能方面具有协同作用;5个复配比例在清除ABTS和DPPH自由基方面均有协同作用,CI值分别为0.79±0.036、0.83±0.041、0.85±0.026、0.96±0.03、0.98±0.027和0.69±0.046、0.67±0.039、0.78±0.031、0.89±0.018、0.97±0.029;除m(金银花多酚)∶m(红豆越橘乙醇提取物)=4∶1外,其他复配比例在抑制酪氨酸酶活性方面均表现出协同作用,m(金银花多酚)∶m(红豆越橘乙醇提取物)=2∶1、1∶1、1∶2、1∶4复配物的CI值分别为0.71±0.054、0.68±0.047、0.76±0.033、0.81±0.06,m(金银花多酚)∶m(红豆越橘乙醇提取物)=1∶1、1∶2和1∶4时在抑制弹性蛋白酶活性方面具有协同作用,CI值分别为0.84±0.053、0.88±0.042、0.86±0.041。金银花多酚与红豆越橘乙醇提取物联合应用在多个护肤功能上具有协同增效作用。结合其在5个护肤功能上的协同效果及表现能力综合分析,m(金银花多酚)∶m(红豆越橘乙醇提取物)=1∶1为最优复配比。The functions in moisturizing,sunscreen,anti-oxidation,melanin inhibition and anti-aging of individual and mixtures of Lonicera japonica polyphenols and ethanol extract of Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.with different mass ratio were analyzed via weighing method,dilution transmittance method,the scavenging capacities of 2,2′-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzo-thiazoline-6-sulfonic acid diammonium salt)(ABTS)and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)free radicals,tyrosinase inhibitory activity,elastase inhibitory activity and Chou-Talalay combination index(CI).The results showed that complexes of m(Lonicera japonica polyphenols)∶m(ethanol extract of Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.)=1∶2 and 1∶4 displayed synergistic effect on moisturizing,while those of m(Lonicera japonica polyphenols)∶m(ethanol extract of Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.)=4∶1,2∶1 and 1∶1 exhibited synergistic effect on anti-UVB;All the above complexes showed synergistic effects on scavenging ABTS and DPPH free radicals,and the CI values were 0.79±0.036,0.83±0.041,0.85±0.026,0.96±0.03,0.98±0.027,and 0.69±0.046,0.67±0.039,0.78±0.031,0.89±0.018,0.97±0.029,respectively;Moreover,complex of m(Lonicera japonica polyphenols)∶m(ethanol extract of Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.)=4∶1 showed antagonistic effect on inhibiting tyrosinase,while the other complexes exhibited synergistic effect,and the CI values of m(Lonicera japonica polyphenols)∶m(ethanol extract of Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.)=2∶1,1∶1,1∶2 and 1∶4 were 0.71±0.054,0.68±0.047,0.76±0.033,0.81±0.06,complex of m(Lonicera japonica polyphenols)∶m(ethanol extract of Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.)=1∶1,1∶2 and 1∶4 showed synergistic effect on inhibiting elastase,and the CI values were 0.84±0.053,0.88±0.042,0.86±0.041,respectively.The results indicated that the combination of Lonicera japonica polyphenols and ethanol extract of Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.had synergistic effect on skin care.And complex of m(Lonicera japonica polyphenols)∶m(ethanol extract of Vaccinium vitis-idaea L.)=1∶1 was the optima
