摘 要:目的 优选罗勒精油软膏剂的最佳成型工艺。方法 以软膏剂外观、延展性、高温试验、低温试验、离心试验等多个指标为响应值,选用Plackett-Burman试验结合Box-Behnken设计对油相基质、助乳稳定剂、乳化剂、稠度调节剂及保湿剂用量进行优化,确定各组分最佳配比。结果 软膏剂最佳配比为十六醇4.2%,单硬脂酸甘油酯4.0%,十二烷基硫酸钠0.4%,液状石蜡11.0%,丙三醇13.0%,尼泊金乙酯0.1%,罗勒精油4.0%,蒸馏水63.3%;对最佳工艺进行验证,结果实测平均值与模型预测值接近。结论 优选的罗勒精油软膏剂成型工艺稳定可行。Objective To optimize preparation process of Ocimumbasilicum L. oil ointment.Methods The exterior of ointment, ductility, highand low temperature test, and centrifugal test were used as index, theoil phase stroma, emulsionstabilizer, emulsifier, consistencyrugulator and humectant were used as the investigate factors for single factor experiment, and the Box-Behnken response surface method was used to analyze the main influence factors through the comprehensive scoring method to study the preparation technical.Results The optimal proportioning of praparation was as follows: hexadecanol was 4.2%,monostearin was 4.0%,sodium dodecyl sulfate was 0.4%,liquid paraffin was 11.0%,glycerin was 13.0%,ethyl paraben was 0.1%,volatile oil of Ocimumbasilicum L. was 4.0% and purified water was 63.3%.Under these conditions, the optimum process is verified, and the measured average value is close to the predicted value of the model.Conclusion The optimized preparation process of Ocimumbasilicum L. oil ointment is stable and feasible.
