摘 要:为有效解决地铁高架车站中高配筋率桥墩与盖梁的装配连接问题,设计一种基于并筋-灌浆波纹管连接的桥墩-盖梁节点装配方案。按照1∶3的缩尺比,设计制作一个现浇试件和一个预制试件,来验证装配方案的可行性。通过拟静力加载试验,研究现浇试件和预制试件的承载能力、破坏模式和滞回特性。试验结果表明,预制试件的水平承载力与现浇试件的水平承载力基本一致;基于并筋-灌浆波纹管连接的桥墩-盖梁节点装配方案是可靠的;预制试件和现浇试件破坏形态均以弯曲破坏为主,预制试件破坏程度弱于现浇试件;预制试件的耗能能力和延性性能稍差,初始刚度较小。采用ABAQUS调用清华大学开发的PQ-Fiber子程序建立试件的有限元模型,模拟分析试件在往复荷载作用下的抗震性能,数值模拟结果与试验结果吻合较好。In order to effectively solve the problem of assembled connection between the bridge column and the cap beams with high reinforcement ratio in the elevated subway stations,an assembly scheme of bridge column-cap beam joints based on bundled bars-grouted corrugated duct connection is proposed.One 1∶3 cast-in-place specimen and one precast assembly specimen are made to verify the feasibility of the assembly scheme.The bearing capacity,failure mode,hysteretic behavior of the cast-in-place specimen and the precast assembly specimen are studied by pseudo-static loading test.The test results show that the horizontal bearing capacity of the precast assembly specimen is basically the same as that of the cast-in-place specimen;the assembly scheme of bridge column-cap beam joints based on bundled bars-grouted corrugated duct connection is reliable;the failure mode of precast assembly specimens and cast-in-place specimens is mainly bending failure,and the failure degree of precast assembly specimens is weaker than that of cast-in-place specimens;the energy dissipation capacity and ductility of precast assembly specimens are slightly poor,and the initial stiffness is small.The finite element model of the test specimens is established by PQ-Fiber subroutine developed by Tsinghua University with ABAQUS to study the seismic performance of test specimens under cyclic loading,The numerical results are in good agreement with the test ones,which prove the effectiveness of the developed software.
