摘　　要：目的从护理管理者视角剖析实践导向内涵,为构建实践导向的护士职称晋升评价体系提供参考。方法2022年1—4月,采用目的抽样法选取江苏省4所三甲医院的12名护理管理者。采用半结构化访谈对其进行访谈。采用内容分析法对文本资料进行整理、分析。结果共提炼出4个主题:技术能力(护理工作量、技术难易程度)、质量安全(患者健康结局、满意度管理)、资源利用(护理服务成本)、贡献情况。结论护理管理者对实践导向内涵的评价涵盖多个主题,但部分指标仍以主观评价为主,未来可借助信息化技术,构建可科学量化的实践导向的护士职称晋升评价体系。Objective To explore the practice-orientated connotation from the perspective of nursing managers,and provide a reference for the construction of practice-oriented nurse professional title promotion evaluation system.Methods From January to April 2022,a total of 12 nursing managers from 4 Grade A hospitals in Jiangsu Province were selected by purpose sampling method.The semi-structured interview method was used to interview nursing managers.The data was sorted and analyzed by content analysis method.Results A total 4 themes were extracted:technical ability(nursing workload,nursing technical difficulty),quality and safety(patient health outcomes,satisfaction management),resource utilization(nursing service cost),contribution.Conclusions Nursing managers'evaluation of practice-oriented connotation covers several topics,however some indexes are still dominated by subjective evaluation.A scientifically quantifiable practice-oriented nurse professional title promotion evaluation system should be constructed with the help of information technology.
